Diksha, Digital Infrastructure for School Education:

Diksha (Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge SHAring), is a national platform for schooling, which is an initiative of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) of the Ministry of Education. Diksha is built on Open-Source Technology, which is made in India and for India. Diksha is designed using MIT licensed open-source technology called Sunbird which is a digital infrastructure to learn. It is designed to support several languages and solutions and offers more than 100 micro services as construction sections for the development of stage and solutions.

Diksha, as mentioned earlier, is available for the use of all states and union territories of India. Each state /union territory takes advantage of the Diksha platform in its own way, as it has the freedom and option to use various abilities and solutions of the forum to create and run programs for its teachers and students. Diksha policies and equipment make it possible for the education ecosystem (academics, experts, organizations, institutions - government, autonomous institutions, non -government and private organizations) to achieve a large-scale learning goal for the country along with participating, contributing and taking advantage of the platform.
