  • Prerna Lakshya App

    Prerna Lakshya App is a product of the Department of School Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh under Mission Prerna. The application can be used by teachers/ parents/ guardians to test a student’s learning levels against competencies of the Prerna Lakshya (Class 1-5).
    These competencies specifically focus on foundational learning skills, including the student’s ability to read with a minimum WCPM (words correct per minute), read with comprehension, and solve math problems.
    In order to use the application, simply select the class and subject(s) you wish to test the child on, and begin the test! After completing the test, students who have achieved their class relevant Prerna Lakshya competencies are celebrated as Prerak Balak/ Balika. In case the student has not achieved the Lakshya competency, they are encouraged to continue practising and take the test again!
